2 1915 Farm pasture raised bone-in pork chops
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. dried rosemary
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt, pepper, olive oil
Preheat oven to 375°F. Season the pork chops all over with salt and pepper. Combine the melted butter, rosemary, and the minced garlic. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, place pork chops in the skillet and cook for 4 minutes on one side. Flip pork chop and brush with butter mixture, cooking for an additional 4 minutes. Flip pork chops again, and pour the remaining butter over the pork chops. Remove from the stove and place into the oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes and remove from oven. Serve with roasted vegetables or potatoes.
