Cilantro Lime Pasture Raised Chicken Breast

1 pack of 1915 pasture raised chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 ½ tablespoons honey
½ cup cilantro leaves (chopped + loosely packed)
2 tablespoons garlic (minced)
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a heavy duty freezer bag or reusable silicone bag. Smoosh it around to combine, then add chicken breasts. Turn to coat in marinade

1.Marinate the chicken in the fridge for 2-24 hours.
2. Heat oven to 425°F.
3. Arrange chicken with marinade liquid into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
4. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway. Double check that your chicken has reached 165°F using an instant read thermometer to ensure it is done.
