Grassfed Beef Stroganoff - Made with 1915 Grassfed Beef 

Sometimes the day calls for a comfort meal! 1915 grassfed ground beef is lean, which won't add any extra grease to this popular dish! 

Ingredients:
12 oz extra wide egg noodles
1 lb 1915 grassfed ground beef
½ cup chopped onion
1 heaping tablespoon minced garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
2 packets of brown gravy (make according to package)
½ cup sour cream
15 oz cream of mushroom

Start by boiling egg noodles Brown grassfed ground beef over medium heat, add onion once meat is halfway cooked. Add in your garlic, salt and pepper. Add gravy mix (+ the water the package calls over), sour cream, & mushroom soup to your grassfed ground beef.  You can leave the noodles and your mixture separate or combine them. Personally I mix them both together so your noodles can soak up those good flavors!
