Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take photos and send to us at 1915farm@1915farm.com
Carrier Delays
If your items arrive spoiled due to carrier delays, we will replace the items. Each shipment is packed with extra ice to keep items cold if their is a one to two day carrier delay. Never refuse a shipment, if shipment is refused we will not replace items. We will not replace items where the customer has entered an incorrect address. In the case of spoiled or bad meat from a carrier delay, a picture must be taken upon arrival and sent to us at 1915farm@1915farm.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (meats). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or t-shirts & sweatshirts (as they are made to order).
