A refreshing, citrusy marinade for our incredibly tasty pasture raised chicken breasts. Perfect for prepping in advance – the longer you marinate, the more flavorful this chicken will be!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. 1915 Farm Pasture Raised Chicken Breasts
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 ½ Tbsp honey
- ½ cup cilantro leaves (chopped + loosely packed)
- 2 Tbsp garlic (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a heavy duty freezer bag or reusable silicone bag. Add chicken breasts and turn to completely coat in marinade. Refrigerate for 2-24 hours.
Heat oven to 425°F. Arrange chicken with marinade in an 8x8 inch baking dish or oven safe skillet.
Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway. Double check that your chicken has reached 165°F using an instant read thermometer to ensure it is done. Enjoy!
