Pasture Raised Chicken Drumsticks Recipe

Our pasture-raised chicken is unlike anything you've ever had, and this simple preparation of drumsticks lets the chicken truly shine. Just spice them up and toss them in the oven and you've got dinner in less than hour with very little effort!
  • 1 package of 1915 Farm Pasture Raise Chicken Drumsticks
  • 2 tbsp oil (olive oil, avocado, or grapeseed will all work here)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 425°
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil (or parchment paper) and spray with non-stick spray or drizzle with olive oil.
Combine paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl. Add olive oil and stir to combine.
Pat chicken drumsticks dry. Arrange on baking sheet, and salt drumsticks on all sides. Then drizzle drumsticks with seasoned olive oil. Place in oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove from oven, allow to rest for a few minutes, and serve. Enjoy!
