Pasture Raised Oven Baked Chicken Wings Recipe

An incredibly easy and simple dish showcasing our delicious pasture raised chicken wings, perfect for an appetizer or dinner paired with a crisp Caesar salad! Ready in just 30 minutes.


  • 1915 Pasture Raised Chicken Wings
  • Garlic powder
  • Kosher salt
  • Trader Joes 'Everything But the Bagel Seasoning' (or your favorite seasoning)
  • Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce (or your favorite wing sauce)
Preheat Oven to 375°

Pat wings dry with a paper towel and spread on sheet pan. Season with a few pinches of kosher salt, then a generous amount of garlic powder, and Everything But the Bagel seasoning. Lightly drizzle with buffalo sauce (not super generously – see photo).

Bake for 30 minutes, switching to broil to crisp up the skin for the last 5 minutes (still at 375°). Wings are done when the skin is crisp and golden – you will start to hear some popping (the fat on the sheet pan) when they are close to being done!
