After months of praying, hoping and wishing for rain it finally came. And came. And kept coming. And isn’t stopping. Last weeks shower soaked in so fast it was as if it didn’t even happen, but today is on a whole other level. Friday’s are usually pretty low key around here, but thankfully we had help on the farm this morning because we went from euphoria to panic in about 20 minutes. After a couple of hours we got everyone high and dry with no casualties, the anxiety being a small price to pay for the lush growth that it’ll provide in the pastures. 2021 has been a hell of a year for weather so far. Here’s to hoping hurricane season takes the hint and stays nice and quiet 🧘🏼‍♀️
