As of 12.23 - Most Texas and out of state orders placed now can ship the first week of January. However, for areas that are two UPS transit days from our farm AND where UPS does not deliver on Saturdays - we cannot ship those until January 6th. Those will ship out Monday January 6th. This is due to UPS being closed for the holidays - and adding extra transit days for certain areas. Email 1915farm@1915farm.com or chat us with any questions or if you would like an estimated ship date based on your city and zip code. All shipping will be back to normal January 6th (thank goodness!)

Grassfed Beef & Broccoli ⁣Recipe

Need a quick, one-pan meal guaranteed to satisfy that stirfry craving? Beef & Broccoli is a classic dish perfect for a busy weeknight. Just make some rice, whisk up a delicious sauce, trim your 1915 Farm 'Beef for Stirfry' into bite size pieces, and get cooking! ⁣

Serves 4⁣

INGREDIENTS

For the Beef and Broccoli⁣

• 1 lb. 1915 Beef for Stirfry, cut into bite size pieces ⁣
• 2 Tbsp avocado oil (olive oil works too, but avocado is better for high heat)⁣
• 1 lb. broccoli, cut into equal sized florets (about 6 cups)⁣
• 2 tsp white sesame seeds, optional but recommended⁣

For the Sauce⁣

• 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated⁣
• 3-4 cloves of garlic, grated or minced⁣
• ½ cup hot water⁣
• 6 Tbsp soy sauce ⁣
• 2 Tbsp packed brown sugar⁣
• 1 ½ Tbsp cornstarch⁣
• ¼ tsp black pepper⁣
• 2 Tbsp sesame oil⁣

For Serving⁣

• Cooked white rice⁣
• Sriracha (optional)⁣

INSTRUCTIONS

Start cooking rice so it’ll be ready when beef & broccoli is done. Trim the beef for stirfry into bite size pieces using kitchen shears or a sharp knife. Pat to dry with a paper towel and set aside.⁣

Combine all ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and whisk well until combined. ⁣

Place a large skillet or wok over medium heat and once pan is hot, add 1 Tbsp avocado oil. Let the oil warm until it shimmers, then add broccoli and sauté until bright green and starting to get tender. Remove broccoli from pan and set aside.⁣

Crank the heat up to high and add another 1-2 Tbsp of oil to the pan. Once shimmering and hot, quickly add beef in a single layer and sauté for 2 minutes per side.⁣

Whisk up your sauce again to redistribute the cornstarch, and quickly add it to the pan with beef. Stir well and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens and coats everything nicely. Toss broccoli with beef and top with sesame seeds. Serve over white rice with Sriracha at the table for a delicious hit of spice. ⁣
