A simple steak marinade adding a pop of flavor to our delicious grassfed steaks! Remember, grassfed and finished steaks cook quickly, so be careful to not overdo it.
1-2 Tbsp mustard
½ cup A1 sauce
½ cup Worcestershire sauce
Uncle Chris brand Seasoning
1915 Farm Seasoning
Combine all ingredients in a heavy duty freezer bag. Smoosh it around to combine, then add steaks. Turn or shake bag to coat steak in marinade. Marinate in the fridge for 2-24 hours.
When ready to cook, heat an outdoor grill to 350° Cook until desired temp is reached. We like medium-rare, 130° Remember, steaks will continue to cook as they rest, so remove from grill just before your target temp is reached.
