A tasty glaze for our 1915 Farm Pasture Raised Smoked Ham – perfect for any holiday feast, whether it be Easter, Thanksgiving, or Christmas, our delicious heritage breed pork is sure to steal the show!
- 3-4 lb 1915 Pasture Raised Ham
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 5 oz raspberry jam / preserves
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup orange juice
Preheat oven to 350°
Place ham in a roasting pan with about an inch of chicken broth. Combine the glaze ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Bake ham until it reaches an internal temperature of 140°
Slice ham and baste with glaze. Return to the oven and baste every 5-10 minutes until ham reaches 165°
