Smoked Pasture Raised Ham - Cooking Instructions

1915 Farm smoked pasture raised heritage hams are smoked and fully cooked to perfection. Below are the instructions for the best way to heat up your pasture raised ham for your holiday feast!





Preheat oven to 325°

Wrap ham in foil and place in shallow pan. Pour water or chicken stock until 1/3 of ham is covered.

Bake until internal temperature hits 140°. This amounts to about 15 minutes per pound of the ham – adjust accordingly

Slice and enjoy!
