- 4-6 1915 Farm Pasture Raised Canoe Cut Marrow Bones
- 1 stick of butter, room temperature
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp garlic, minced
Preheat oven to 400°
Roast marrow bones on a sheet pan for 20–30 minutes, until golden brown.
Scoop out the marrow and combine with softened butter and minced garlic in a bowl and mash with a fork until well combined.
