Grassfed Roasted Bone Marrow Butter Recipe

Bone marrow butter is a luxurious addition to any steak or toasted baguette. Our pasture raised bone marrow is rich in fat, collagen, and nutrients making it a healthy and delicious addition to any meal. 

Preheat oven to 400°

Roast marrow bones on a sheet pan for 20–30 minutes, until golden brown.

Scoop out the marrow and combine with softened butter and minced garlic in a bowl and mash with a fork until well combined.
