Pasture Raised Sausage Breakfast Casserole Recipe

Breakfast Casserole – synonymous with Crowd Pleaser, and this one doesn't disappoint! Rich with flavor from our premium pasture raised pork sausage mixed with hash browns and cheese, this casserole will disappear before it cools! 


  • 2 lb. 1915 Farm Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 32oz. bag frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk


Preheat the oven to 350ºF.

Lightly coat a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray or softened butter. In a large skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink. Add hash browns to the skillet and cook until lightly brown.

Place hash browns in the bottom of a lightly greased 9×13-inch pan. Top with sausage and cheese.

Whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and milk. Pour over the hash brown mixture. Bake, uncovered, for 35-40 minutes.
